Hand in hand, shared joy.
Seeing, knowing, not sharing
Bitter sweet sadness.
A place to publish my poems. These are written from time-to-time (rather than regularly) and some have been placed on various other sites on the internet. I will add them here as the mood takes me. The main themes of my poetry are implicitly Buddhist in nature ... but really everything is implicitly Buddhist in nature.

A lover's farewell
I am a being forged in hell.
All seeming good I'll soon dispel
All joy in life, promptly expel.
For your own good, quick, say "Farewell".
You think I bring you lasting fun.
Little knowing what you've just begun
So much you've worked for, all undone
I cannot be your true loved one.
If joined with me, you will be cursed.
Your life in sadness, full immersed,
A lifetime's gain, so soon dispersed,
Take this last kiss on your lips pursed.
All seeming good I'll soon dispel
All joy in life, promptly expel.
For your own good, quick, say "Farewell".
You think I bring you lasting fun.
Little knowing what you've just begun
So much you've worked for, all undone
I cannot be your true loved one.
If joined with me, you will be cursed.
Your life in sadness, full immersed,
A lifetime's gain, so soon dispersed,
Take this last kiss on your lips pursed.

Tough Love (Senryu-haiku)
Living trail of pain
Would that I had never been.
All those lives enjoyed.-
Would that I had never been.
All those lives enjoyed.-
